SEMCOG Cares — the philanthropic innovation arm of SEMCOG Technologies — is seeking a mission‑driven, visionary President to lead our nonprofit arm into its next phase of impact. This role will shape the future of social innovation at the intersection of AI, accessibility, and equity.

We bridge the digital divide through bold, AI‑powered platforms that serve underserved and overlooked communities. Our flagship initiatives include:

• Thrive Together: A digital ecosystem for families navigating healthcare, financial access, and workforce development
• MySEMCOGFriend:
  An AI companion platform supporting individuals with disabilities and their caregivers through avatars Milo and CORA

Powered by Auralen.ai, SEMCOG Cares is designed for scalable, tech‑enabled social impact.

• Provide strategic leadership across all initiatives under SEMCOG Cares
• Oversee fundraising, grants, and philanthropic partnerships
• Build relationships with community partners, universities, health systems, and government orgs
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with SEMCOG Technologies and Auralen.ai product teams
• Represent SEMCOG Cares publicly with authenticity, compassion, and innovation
• Recruit and support a high‑performing advisory board and operations team
• Manage financial oversight, compliance, and long‑term sustainability

• 10+ years of nonprofit leadership or social impact experience
• Proven experience with fundraising, grant writing, and/or corporate philanthropy
• Deep understanding of inclusive tech, digital equity, or disability advocacy
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder relationship skills
• Startup and/or AI ecosystem familiarity a major plus

This is a leadership equity‑based role during the pre‑raise phase, with future salary and growth opportunities tied to grant and philanthropic milestones.
