Supervisor Administrative Nursing

Job Summary

Delegates, supervises, and evaluates care as delivered by staff on afternoon and midnight shifts and on weekends and holidays as assigned.

• Facilitates a sufficient number of qualified staff to provide care, treatment, and services to patients.
• Conducts regular rounds within designated patient care units.
• Assigns patients to beds as necessary.
• Identifies, intervenes, and resolves interdepartmental issues utilizing appropriate problem solving techniques.
• Promotes customer service standards and a positive work environment via role modeling and through interactions with others.

• BSN required, MS preferred.
• Registered Nurse in State of Michigan.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
