- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience; experience in home health preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
- Ability to travel in surrounding service area
- Must have current CPR certification.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
