Description of the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Care team at University Home Care in Detroit, MI. The RN Home Care role involves providing quality in-home care to patients in need of medical assistance.

• Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
• Document patient care and progress accurately
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan
• Prior experience in home care or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for documentation
