RN Registered Nurse - Electrophysiology Lab - 40 Hours Weekly - Day Shift

FULL-TIME, DAY SHIFT (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM) Sign‑on bonus of $5,000. On‑call coverage during daytime hours; overnight and weekend shifts not required.

Henry Ford St. John Hospital’s Electrophysiology Cath Lab is a dual‑lab department performing 3–6 procedures per day with anticipated growth. All patients are adults (18+), admitted via inpatient units, observation, or the Emergency Department. The team includes Registered Nurses, Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialists, and supporting staff.

• Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
• Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide, delegate, supervise, document care, and teach patients and families.
• Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health‑care team.
• Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

• BSN preferred.
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary for effective nursing care planning.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.

• Prior cardiology nursing or critical‑care nursing experience.
