Registered Nurse – Critical Care (Night Shift)

$10,000 sign‑on bonus. Full‑time, benefit‑eligible. Shift: Night.

• Provide leadership in coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Delegate, supervise, document care and teaching of patients and families.
• Effectively communicate patient/family information to the health‑care team.
• Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation.

• BSN preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• 1.5 years RN experience required.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
