We provide specialized care to patients in diverse areas such as orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, and more. As an LPN you will assess needs, implement care, and collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary team using the latest technology.

• Starting wage $27.15 per hour
• Plus $3.40 per hour Hero Pay
• Shift premium up to $1.50 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Overtime pay after 8 hours

• 8 or 12 hour shifts

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families about changes to medications, treatment plans, or patient condition.
• Provide preventive and supportive care directed to the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the CNA team, giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

• Current licensure to practice as an LPN in Michigan; current CPR certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (or higher).
• High level of analytical ability for personalized care plans and problem‑solving.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.

CPR‑BLS certification required. LPN licensed practical nurse in Michigan required.
