Position Overview- Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Educate patients on prevention and treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with clinical and support staff
- Salary range: $100,000 – $115,000
- Medical, dental, vision, malpractice, and 401(k)
- CME funding and PTO available
- FNP-BC or FNP-C with Michigan licensure
- Experience with underserved populations is valued
- Excellent clinical decision-making and EMR skills
