LPN Nurse – Midnights or Afternoons at Nex Care Well Bridge Senior Living
We are looking for an LPN to join our award‑winning Skilled Nursing Team in Detroit, MI. Positions available for midnights and afternoons, full‑time or part‑time.
Compensation- Starting wage: $29.15 per hour (Afternoons)
- Hero Pay: $3.40 per hour
- Shift Premium: $1.50 per hour (Afternoons)

- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors
- Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients/families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition
- Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients
- Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations
- Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan
- Current CPR‑BLS certification
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or higher
- High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering enthusiastic, innovative care
- Team player, dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done
