Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified
*** PRN*** – IDS Health, Inc.
Location:
Hillman, MI.
Pay: $440‑$540/day + uncapped bonuses. Part‑time post‑acute care role with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care in skilled nursing facilities, including examinations, diagnostics, diagnoses, treatment plans, and patient education.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and document care accurately.
- Open to new graduates and experienced providers with training and mentorship.
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C)
- Licensure or eligibility
- Willingness to relocate and travel
