Job Details:

• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis

• Provide unit-level patient care responsibilities

• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated

• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care

• Maintain competency of clinical staff

• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care

• Work in specialized neonatal intensive care unit environment

• Report to staffing office on 4th floor for onboarding
