You will provide direct patient care in home/alternate sites, educate patients, and coordinate care with the care team. Must live within 25 minutes of Detroit and participate in on-call rotations.
Require Michigan RN license, BSN preferred, and infusion therapy experience. Mileage reimbursement and competitive wages offered; 20–24 hours/week schedule, 3 days per week, with variable shifts
