Sage Group Health Care  Staffing is seeking Med Surg Tele Registered Nurse for travel /contract position in Detroit, MI. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate:

Range $1800 to $2125 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Shift:
12 Hours;
Nights, 7p-7.30a

Schedule: 36 hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend

• Registered Nurse: 2 years - Required
• Med Surg / Telemetry Nursing experience:
  Recent/Current 2 years – Required
• Experience with tracheostomy and laryngectomypatients – Highly preferred

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
• BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
• RN License for State of MI - Required
• BLS Certifications from AHA
  - Required
• ACLS Certification from AHA –Preferred

• Provide all aspects of Nursing care for patients in Med Surg and Telemetry units.
• Establishes atherapeutic relationship and creates a detailed plan of care with the patient and family, mutually determining the aspects of care which are most important.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of plans and interventions to promote optimum achievement of established goals. Initiates and maintains open communication with other members of the­team to assure that the patient and family receive the fullscope of interdisciplinary expertise and services with a coordinated and integrated plan of care.
