Description:
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Emergency Room setting. The role requires assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The RN must work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with patients and team members. Knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols is critical.
The RN is expected to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to safety protocols is mandatory. Ongoing education and skill development will be supported and encouraged. Candidates should be adaptable and ready to work in a dynamic environment.
