Your responsibilities will include essential day-to-day nursing care, proactive health education, and collaboration with educators and families.

• Valid RN license, current and in good standing
• Prior nursing experience in a school, pediatric, or related setting strongly preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Capable of working collaboratively with teachers, administrators, students, and parents
• Adaptable, compassionate, and able to respond calmly in emergencies

• Provide direct nursing care to students and staff, including first aid, medication administration, and ongoing health evaluations
• Support students with chronic conditions and develop individual health care plans when needed
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with confidentiality requirements
  
  Conduct health screenings and assist with immunization tracking
• Respond to injuries and illnesses efficiently, serving as a front-line health resource for the school community
• Promote wellness and preventative health initiatives
• Engage in health education for students and staff
• Handle special tasks as assigned, such as gathering information for school reports or projects
• Help make school events memorable such as sending presents to Marcus and Clara to add a special touch
