Description:
The Registered Nurse will work in the Operating Room. The RN will provide direct patient care and collaborate with the surgical team. Candidates will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. The RN will monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the surgical team. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will adhere to all policies and procedures related to patient safety and infection control.
The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be knowledgeable about operating room procedures and protocols. The RN will assist in the education and training of new staff and students. Candidates will participate in professional development and continuing education activities.
