Immediate opportunity for a responsible, reliable, hardworking Pool Service Technician to join our growing team:

• No experience as a pool technician is necessary
• A minimum of five years verifiable work history is required (no experience as a pool technician required)
• Full time and part time positions are available
• Can competently answer phone calls when not working on pools

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No nights

What Our Technicians Do:

• Be ready to get trained and learn the job
• Treat each service visit with customer satisfaction in mind
• Perform filter cleanings, one-time services, and recurring pool maintenance
• Maintain equipment and chemical stock levels in company vehicle
• Update customer pool records, report any pool issues to management
• Test water chemistry and add chemicals as needed
• Vacuum, skim, brush pools, and empty pool baskets
• Backwash filters, check pool equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Hard-working with a positive attitude and initiative
• Reliable to work according to schedule, based on mutual respect amongst the team
• Some heavy lifting (could be 50 lbs)
• Able to use service app on smartphone
• Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record (company vehicle provided)
• Good background check

Compensation: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Our ideal Scout has a fun and positive attitude with a willingness to learn - no previous pool experience required.
