Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

We are seeking an entry‑level Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team and ensure our products consistently meet rigorous safety and quality standards. This 100% active position requires working on the plant floor (standing, walking, climbing stairs) and involves routine lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Conduct basic quality checks and inspections on products, packaging, and processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Perform routine testing such as temperature, weight, and visual assessments of products on the production line.
• Document quality results and assist in reporting any issues or deviations to management.
• Work with production teams to uphold sanitation and safety practices in the work environment.
• Assist in the maintenance of quality assurance records, logs, and related documentation.
• Participate in training on quality assurance standards, food safety, and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in food science, biology, chemistry, or related field is a plus.
• No prior quality assurance experience required, familiarity with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, USDA, FDA regulations) is a plus.
• Ability to work 100% on the plant floor, routinely lifting 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Basic communication skills and a positive attitude toward learning and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
