Position details: C Crew – 6 am – 4:30 pm (Fri & Sat) & 6 pm – 4:30 am (Sun & Mon).
Key Responsibilities- Ensure error‑proofing systems are active and not bypassed without proper deviation approval.
- Issue and display Quality Alerts to inform team members of customer‑reported issues.
- Confirm that a current EOL (End‑of‑Line) check path is posted and being followed.
- Perform product audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Audit workstations to verify adherence to quality best practices by operators.
- Track and publish EOL defects using Excel.
- Audit reject tables and confirm that supplier‑related defects are properly tagged and moved to the Quality Hold area.
- Partner with the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to maintain a clean point until containment is in place.
- Work closely with Production Supervisors to address customer‑reported concerns through internal Rapid Response.
- Support Program Quality Engineers (QE) and SQEs in root cause investigations and basic problem‑solving efforts.
- Associate degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience will be considered.
- Industry and product knowledge strongly preferred.
- Internal DMS experience as a Team Lead or completion of Supervisor Boot Camp is a plus.
- Familiarity with the DMOS system is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to act quickly and elevate issues using data and facts.
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
- Basic computer proficiency is required; working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, with advanced skills considered a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications and blueprints is a bonus.
