QA Leader – Guidewire Policy Center Implementation
Contract or Permanent | United States - Preferably Detroit
We are seeking a strong QA Leader with hands-on Guidewire Policy Center implementation experience to lead quality assurance across a major P&C insurance transformation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead QA strategy, planning and execution across a Guidewire Policy Center implementation.
- Oversee functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers and project stakeholders to ensure quality across the implementation lifecycle.
- Manage test teams, defect resolution and overall testing delivery.
- Establish QA best practices, reporting and quality standards.
- Proven experience in a QA leadership role within P&C insurance.
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center implementations
. - Experience across integration testing, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing.
- Strong understanding of insurance policy administration processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
