The Salvation Army - 1627 W Fort St [Kitchen Manager] As a Kitchen Supervisor at The Salvation Army, you'll:
Supervise kitchen staff, which includes training and supervision of beneficiaries assigned to the kitchen for work therapy and skill training;
Schedule kitchen workload to allow for timely meal preparation, serving and clean-up;
Conduct bi-weekly inventory of all unused items;
Plan menus;
Cook and prepare food as needed.
