Hollywood Casino at Greektown, Detroit, MI. Join PENN Entertainment as a ceremonial mixologist on our lively cocktail bar team. We’re changing entertainment, and we want enthusiastic staff who thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑first environment.

• Take drink orders from guests and obtain cocktails from the station.
• Garnish and ice drinks as necessary, and serve beverages to guests in the lounge areas or on the gaming floors.
• Maintain a clean station at all times and keep knowledge of current hotel & casino activities, beverage outlets and operations.
• Follow all check settlement and Casino floor beverage control procedures.
• Promote good guest relations and always accommodate any reasonable request.
• Complete tasks dictated by the Supervisor/Team Leader on duty and other job-related duties as requested.

• Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff.
• Ability to handle cash and accurately make change.
• Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
