Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities- Supply guests with information on services available on property.
- Assist the guests in any way possible and direct guests to tables.
- Ensure proper cash handling for all transactions.
- Ensure guests in each station are being properly attended.
- Maintain knowledge of current hotel & casino activities, beverage outlets and operations.
- Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions.
- Comply with all health and safety standards.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- May have to access gaming systems.
- Attend meetings as scheduled.
- Other job related duties as assigned.
Requires excellent communication and guest service skills; requires cash handling experience and basic math ability; some knowledge of food service procedures; ability to deal courteously and tactfully with the public; ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures;
Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
