The Retail Sales Consultant works in a dynamic retail environment, serving local residents with telecommunications services, cell phone sales, product upgrades, accessories, and home services, including Direct TV. This role requires a passion for helping people, a strong customer focus, and a dynamic personality to drive sales, achieve commission goals, and help grow the business.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BS/BA preferred
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Minimum 1 year of proven work history & success in Retail Sales or a customer‑facing role
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, stand on feet all day, participate in local events, setup/tear down, and travel to local events
• Passion for helping people, grit, dynamic personality, positive energy, and desire for professional growth
