Retail Operations Manager (ROM)

Base salary: $47,300.00/yr – $84,000.00/yr. Additional compensation based on skills and experience.

• Maintain high‑performing teams and ensure client KPIs are consistently met.
• Oversee effective retail routing, approving routing decisions for assigned region.
• Develop people through training, performance reviews, in‑store assessments, individual associate development plans, and succession planning.
• Source and integrate external talent as part of long‑term expansion strategy.
• Manage expense and revenue/operating income budget for area of responsibility.
• Grow base business and add new business.
• Drive and travel are essential duties of the role.

• High School Diploma or GED (required);
  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of retail experience with associate management.
• 1–3 years of experience managing Retail Merchandisers, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and client expectations.
• Customer and client management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to direct, lead, coach, and develop people.
