Salary: $32,405 - $80,218

Commission: Unlimited potential

Full‑time (40+ hours per week).

With 19 locations in Michigan, 11 in Wisconsin, 3 in New York, 4 in New Jersey and 12 in Illinois, we are working toward becoming the #1 AT&T Authorized Retailer in the Greater Lakes Region.

As a Bilingual Retail Sales Associate you will assist customers with cell phone upgrades, package selection, product purchases and home service changes. You will work in a dynamic, well‑kept environment and have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles over time. You will also receive a flexible schedule designed for work‑life harmony and access to all company discounts.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (BS/BA preferred)
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Minimum of 1 year of proven retail sales experience or work directly dealing with customers
• Physical Capacity:
  Work 40+ hours each week, travel to local events, stand on feet all day.
