Ticket Sales & Service Graduate Associate

Position Title: Ticket Sales & Service Graduate Associate

Circle: Ticketing

Status (E/NE; FT/PT): Non-Exempt, Intern

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Member Experience

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week + nights and weekends as needed

As the Ticket Sales & Service Graduate Associate, you will learn the core proficiencies of ticket sales, assisting with member and prospecting events, managing processes, identifying and researching best practices, helping with the ONE Rewards platform, and other duties as assigned throughout our full season!

What you'll be doing:
  • Represent the Detroit Pistons during events
  • Assist with the planning and execution of member and prospecting events
  • Managing processes such as storing contracts in CRM and auditing systems
  • Help the Ticket Sales Coordinator with ONE Rewards platform fulfillment
  • Opportunity to sell new full season memberships, half season memberships, partial plans, group tickets, luxury suites and loge boxes for the Detroit Pistons
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects with our CRM system
  • Attending weekly trainings and meetings to develop your career as a sales professional
  • Identify and research best practices to improve the fan experience
  • Other duties as assigned
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelors degree required from a college, or university
  • Self-motivated and outgoing personality
  • Hard‑working, self‑improvers who are hungry, proactive, and possess a positive attitude
  • Must be available to work full time for the duration of the program
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends as necessary
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the Pistons Performance Center and Little Caesars Arena
