In this role, you will manage and convert inbound inquiries, developing an understanding of customer needs from prototype parts to production. You will demonstrate the value of our offerings and expand our share of business.

This position is ideal for achievement-oriented candidates who think outside the box to exceed sales goals through collaboration with partners and internal teams. You will be a key part of the sales team, gaining a deep understanding of the $50 billion manufacturing industry in America.

Responsibilities:
  • Selling Xometry solutions to Fortune 500 clients.
  • Focusing on supply chain and aligning our business with customer strategic objectives.
  • Building relationships with engineering, program management, procurement, and executive teams.
  • Strategic planning for enterprise accounts.
  • Scheduling and conducting sales calls and presentations with company executives and engineers.
  • Qualifying and converting leads.
  • Collaborating with technical staff to meet customer needs.
  • Accurately managing data within CRM or other sales systems.
  • Representing the company professionally.
  • Proposing solutions and negotiating contracts.
  • Participating in training and mentoring programs.
  • Understanding and aligning with company goals to enhance performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 6+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • At least 2+ years of experience selling to Fortune 500 companies.
  • Preferred knowledge of manufacturing or engineering.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.
  • Proficiency in virtual meetings and presentations.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom/Web Ex/Go To Meeting .
  • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience in strategic sales planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
