We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our local branch with a Monday‑Friday day shift role, selling and supporting our products to the cabinet‑making and storage solution markets. Visit  for more information.

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person at our branch showroom; research and place orders for building materials.
• Learn and stay abreast of products, changes, and trends within woodworking, kitchen & bath design, and cabinet making.
• Seek out new business opportunities with customers via phone, placing orders and providing sales quotes.
• Work closely with outside sales representatives on customer orders and quotes; research pricing and availability across multiple product categories.
• Research product solutions for customers to solve field‑project issues.
• Maintain and uphold Richelieu’s Five Core Values while striving to achieve sales objectives.
• Hours:
  
  Monday‑Friday, day shift only.
• Position may require lifting/pushing/carrying items up to 50 pounds.

• A motivated, customer‑focused individual who provides top‑quality experiences when ordering or installing Richelieu products.
• Adaptive, responsive to customer and team inquiries, and an excellent communicator by phone, email, and in person.
• Prior inside sales or customer service experience is helpful, ideally in a desktop or office‑based setting.
• Inside telesales experience preferred in the industrial market.
• Knowledge of woodworking, cabinetry, kitchen/bath design, architectural hardware, or related building materials is helpful.
• Strong problem‑solving skills; able to prioritize tasks, organized, and comfortable with technology (AS400 database daily).
• Strong drive and creativity; ability to communicate persuasively and informatively with all customer types.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must use Word, Outlook, and Excel daily.
• AS400 experience is helpful but not required.
