Stitchi helps Marketing and HR teams create and deliver thoughtful branded merchandise for events, onboarding, recognition, and gifting. We bring creative direction, sourcing, production, storage, and fulfillment together, supported by software that keeps the work organized. Based in Detroit, we help companies make products people want to use and keep.

As a Brand Partner, you’ll help new clients turn a business need into a thoughtful merchandise program. This is Stitchi’s account executive role, focused on discovery, new business, and identifying growth opportunities. You’ll build trust with buyers and work with Account Managers and Account Coordinators to turn qualified opportunities into approved work.

• Develop new opportunities through inbound inquiries, focused outreach, referrals, and relationship building.
• Lead discovery with Marketing and HR buyers to understand their audience, goals, budget, timing, and decision process.
• Connect client needs to merchandise ideas, gifting programs, events, and employee experiences; present a clear recommendation and next step.
• Work with the account team on proposals, samples, and pricing that balance brand fit, delivery feasibility, and margin.
• Guide commercial conversations through a decision, confirm commitments in writing, and bring exceptions to the appropriate approver.
• Keep opportunity records, forecasts, and follow-ups current so the team knows what is likely to close and what is needed next.
• Introduce the Account Manager with clear client context and identify further growth opportunities together as the relationship develops.

• Experience in sales, account management, or another client-facing role; 1–3 years is helpful.
• Confidence starting conversations, asking thoughtful questions, presenting recommendations, and asking for a decision.
• Reliable follow-through across several opportunities and comfort keeping a CRM up to date.
• Interest in physical products, design, and how companies use merchandise to connect with people.
• Promotional products, agency, events, or B2B service experience is a plus.

You build a qualified pipeline, win profitable new work, and give the account team a clear understanding of what each client expects. Prospects receive useful recommendations and timely follow-up.

• Base salary: $60,000 annually.
• On-target earnings: approximately $120,000, including base salary and commission.
• Uncapped commission: 25% of gross profit up to the annual $250,000 gross-profit quota; 30% at 101–125% of quota; 40% above 125% attainment.
• Unlimited PTO; health care and 401(k) for US employees.
• Six weeks of parental leave.
• A week off for Thanksgiving and a week off in December.
• In-person work in Detroit with flexible scheduling.
