As an Account Executive
, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing - while serving as a trusted partner to local and regional businesses.

• Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and community events
• Consult with business owners to understand their goals and recommend customized media solutions
• Sell across our full portfolio, including digital advertising, social media, video, SEO, websites, broadcast, and print products
• Build and manage a strong pipeline while consistently working toward revenue goals
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients through ongoing communication and campaign optimization
• Track activity and performance using our CRM and sales tools

• A relationship-builder who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems
• Self-motivated with a competitive edge—you like goals and enjoy exceeding them
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Confidence making outbound calls and handling objections professionally
• Organized, coachable, and able to manage multiple accounts at once
• Prior experience in sales, media, advertising, or digital marketing is a plus- but not required
• A positive attitude, curiosity, and drive matter more than a perfect resume
• Base salary + uncapped commission (your effort directly impacts your income)
