Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation to travel to and between work sites as required by the position.
- Labor Foreman – 10–15 years of construction experience; proven ability to manage and lead a labor crew; strong leadership and coordination skills on active job sites.
- Journeyman Laborer – Minimum 5 years of experience on construction sites; skilled in material handling and debris/rubbish removal; able to perform site dewatering, sweeping, and general labor tasks; reliable and adaptable to various site needs.
- General Laborer – No experience necessary; strong work ethic and eagerness to learn; interest in growing into a journeyman laborer role; not intended for candidates seeking apprentice carpenter roles.
- Cleaning Laborer – Typically assigned late in the construction project; responsible for finish/final cleaning; tasks include vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning glass, and similar duties; attention to detail and pride in delivering a clean, finished space.
- Receiving material deliveries, organizing materials, and maintaining material inventory.
- Building scaffolding and temporary structures.
- Staging jobsites.
- Assisting carpenters.
- Job site clean‑up.
