Salary: $38 - $45 per hour

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing advanced CNC machining equipment, ensuring optimal performance and high customer satisfaction. This role serves as a technical expert and trusted advisor, supporting end users through troubleshooting, training, and ongoing technical guidance.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex CNC machining systems, including multi axis platforms
• Install new machines, upgrades, and retrofits, and bring equipment online to specification
• Train customers on proper operation and maintenance
• Verify equipment performance meets OEM standards
• Document service activities and communicate effectively with internal service teams
• Support customers across multiple locations through extensive travel, including international travel as needed

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills related to CNC equipment
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
• Self directed, customer focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Solid communication and basic computer skills
• Extensive hands on experience servicing complex CNC machining systems (5 axis preferred)
