Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1 years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting both General Education and Special Education students through social-emotional learning and intervention.

• Discipline: School Social Worker

• Dates: ASAP (Official dates TBD)

• Hours per Week: Full-time preferred; part-time will be considered

• # of Positions: 1

• Work Environment: Onsite only

• Serve both General Education and Special Education students

• Act as the 504 Plan Coordinator for the school

• Provide direct social-emotional support and behavioral intervention

• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success

• Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program

• One of the following valid Michigan credentials is required:

• SSW-310 Authorization for School Social Work

• MDE School Social Worker Credential

Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
