- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Active state Social Work license or eligibility
- Previous experience working in an educational or school-based setting strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and special education processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse student backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct social-emotional support and counseling to students, individually and in groups
- Conduct social histories and assessments to identify student needs and recommend interventions
- Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs

- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with applicable laws and policies
