Key
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Social Work
- Michigan state licensure as a Social Worker
- Prior experience with K-12 students in a school environment
- Proficient clinical assessment and behavioral intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated strength in team collaboration within multidisciplinary groups
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support both general education and special education students' social and emotional growth
- Lead as the 504 Plan Coordinator, ensuring compliance and consistency across the student body
- Deliver direct social-emotional support and implement individual and group behavioral interventions
- Foster effective collaboration with school staff, families, and administrators
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive school culture
Work Details:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Onsite role in Detroit, MI
- Contract runs from ASAP through 6/23/2027
