What We're Building
For years, we've watched good ideas gather dust while waiting on external dev teams. We're done with that. We're building an internal team that can move fast, build smart, and turn "what if" into "watch this".
What We NeedA problem solver who codes. Someone with 5-8+ years of evidence building high-quality, simple applications on modern tech stacks. We want to see what you've shipped, not just where you've worked.
You’re the type of developer who:
- Reduces complexity instead of adding it
- Distills solutions to their simplest form
- Uses modern tools and AI to build faster and smarter
- Can architect a solution and write the code
- Knows when to build from scratch and when to leverage what exists
- Lives in the modern JavaScript/Node.js ecosystem (not legacy enterprise stacks like .NET/C#)
This is a Senior Full Stack Developer position with a path to building and leading a small team of killers. Make no mistake: this isn't oversight. You'll be coding, solving real problems, and getting your hands dirty every single day. As we grow, you'll help shape a team that operates the same way.
Our Stack (Modern & Cloud-Native)- Frontend: Next.js/React on AWS Amplify
- Backend: Node.js on AWS Elastic Beanstalk
- Data: Dynamo
DB, S3 - Serverless, cloud-native AWS architecture
If your background is primarily .NET, C#, or other enterprise legacy stacks, this role isn't the right fit.
Why This MattersHaving an internal team means we can pivot from manual tasks to innovation fast. Right now, we can't because that team doesn't exist. You'd be building that foundation with us.
What You Get- Competitive salary
- 401(k)
- Healthcare
- The chance to build something from the ground up
- A team that values simplicity over complexity
- Real problems to solve, not tickets to close
