As a Team Leader for Engineering on the Storefronts team, you’ll lead a talented group of engineers responsible for delivering critical client‑facing experiences that directly impact top‑of‑funnel goals and client satisfaction. You’ll build trust with your tenured team members while providing coaching, technical guidance, and accountability to ensure high‑quality deliverables. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving high‑priority initiatives, maintaining team velocity, and fostering an environment where talented engineers feel motivated and empowered to excel.

• Lead the Storefronts engineering team responsible for delivering key client‑facing experiences that directly impact business goals and client satisfaction
• Establish trust and credibility with a tenured team of talented engineers through hands‑on coaching and technical guidance
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to plan and implement feature development that enhances client experience
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback to maintain code quality and engineering standards
• Facilitate team planning sessions and ensure accountability for deliverables and timelines
• Balance hands‑on technical assistance with empowering team members to grow and take ownership
• Support the team in working with Angular, Nest, React, and other relevant technologies in the tech stack

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical leadership experience
• 5+ years of engineering or technical experience
• Experience building trust and leading tenured engineering teams
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies and frameworks
• Ability to motivate experienced team members and drive accountability

• Experience with Angular, Nest.js, and React frameworks
• Background in leading teams responsible for client‑facing applications
• Track record of improving team performance and velocity
• Experience balancing hands‑on technical guidance with leadership responsibilities
• History of successfully coaching and developing engineering talent
