Group Class Instructor; part-time

Health Fitness is looking for Group Class Instructors to join the fitness team at our client site located in Detroit, MI.

In this position you will provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members participating in the program such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, circuit and specialty classes such as Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, TRX and more - all formats are welcome!

This is a position working up to 10 hours per week.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
