Requirements:

• 3+ years of verifiable, accident-free Class A truck driving experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and motivate new drivers.

• Experience in driver training is preferred but not required-your passion for safety and teaching is what matters most.

• Willingness to share truck space with students for up to five weeks at a time.

• Completion of a two-day ICI certification class

• Maintain acceptable safety, operations, shop, and training performance

• Attend quarterly ICI meetings

• Continuous training via online sources and in-person classroom events
