We are filling dedicated team driving positions with guaranteed weekly mileage and steady lanes. Whether you bring a partner or need us to match you with one, we make getting on the road seamless.
Compensation Package- Average Earnings:$2,060 to $2,360 weekly gross per driver
- CPM Rate:$0.76 – $0.86 CPM split
- Incentive:$8,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Mileage Floor:5,200 guaranteed weekly truck miles
- Home Time:Home every week
- Lanes:Dedicated routes for steady, reliable transit times
- Job Status:W-2 Employee
Solo drivers can easily transition into high-paying team lanes:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- At least 3 months of Class A driving experience required
- Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT drug/background checks
- Health, Dental, and Vision insurance plans
- 401(k) program with employer contribution
- Paid Vacation / PTO
