Hand Loader (Detroit, MI)
Join Fabiano Brothers as a Hand Loader in our Detroit-area warehouse! You'll work at the heart of our beer distribution center — and get a three-day weekend by working full time in just four days a week.
Pay is up to $26/hour, — the faster and more accurately you pick, the more you earn. Your effort directly pays off.
You'll typically work Monday–Thursday evenings, starting between 2–3 p.m., and finish once next-day orders are picked — usually 8–9 hours a night in a temperature-controlled warehouse (60–64°F). Forklift/walkie-rider experience is a plus but not required — training is provided.
What You'll Do- Manually pull orders from pick sheets using voice-picking technology
- Handle cases of beer and other product weighing 50+ lbs
- Operate a walkie rider or forklift to stage pallets (training provided)
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards throughout shifts
- Willing to learn and follow supervisor instructions
- Able to repeatedly lift, stack, and move product over 50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual for shifts
- Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled setting with some outdoor exposure
- Able to read and follow work orders
- High school diploma or GED required
