Global Chinese​/Indonesian Independent Chef Level I

Ho-Wah operates as a global Chinese and Indonesian restaurant based in Deurne, Netherlands, bringing authentic culinary experiences to our guests. Our kitchen team works together to prepare and present traditional dishes and meal components with care and precision.

During your initial months, you will take on the preparation and presentation of various dishes and meal components under the guidance of our head chef or owner. You will collaborate closely with fellow chefs and step in to independently manage the kitchen operations when required, as well as supervise kitchen staff where necessary.

• Demonstrated experience as an independent working chef with a focus on Chinese and Indonesian cuisine.

• Ability to prepare and present dishes to a high standard consistently.

• Capacity to work effectively under the guidance of leadership while also stepping up to manage kitchen operations independently.

• Willingness to collaborate with team members and supervise kitchen staff as needed.

This role offers a 36-month fixed-term contract at 38 hours per week with a 1-month probation period and 20 vacation days per year.

The salary for this position is EUR 2,750–3,250 per month.
