Je signaleert knelpunten, stelt toekomstgerichte plannen op en bewaakt veiligheid en perspectief. Je werkt nauw samen met gezinnen, jeugdzorgwerkers en professionals en kunt deelnemen aan de post-hbo opleidingen zoals IAG of Systemisch Therapeutisch Werken.
