Carinova zoekt een Begeleider meerzorg voor onze kleinschalige woonzorglocatie Sint Jozef in Deventer. Het Sint Jozef bestaat uit 12 woongroepen – zes gericht op psychogeratrie (PG), twee gerontopsychiatrie (GP) en vier met geriatrische revalidatiezorg (GRZ).
Als Begeleider meerzorg bied je één-op-één begeleiding aan cliënten met dementie. Hierbij ligt de focus op het aanbieden van activiteiten om het welzijn te bevorderen en af te stemmen op de behoeften van de cliënt via de regeling Meerzorg.
