TAUW zoekt een Senior IT Servicedesk Medewerker in Deventer die de brug slaat tussen technologie en collega’s. Je ondersteunt Nederlandse en internationale gebruikers bij IT-vragen, registreert meldingen in TOPdesk en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in incident-, change- en problemmanagement.
