You will work closely with sales, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, and customers across Europe to guarantee successful execution of large‑scale projects. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys ownership, problem‑solving, and working in a fast‑paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities- Processing and managing customer orders in the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics
- Coordinating projects throughout the full Order-to-Cash process
- Monitoring stock availability and supporting warehouse planning forecasts
- Aligning delivery schedules and timelines with supply chain and logistics teams
- Tracking project progress and proactively solving operational issues or delays
- Acting as the primary contact person for customer questions, complaints, and delivery updates
- Managing and maintaining accurate administration, databases, and project information
- Providing customers with timely updates and clear communication throughout the process
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders including account managers, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams
