MAD Movement in Deventer zoekt enthousiaste jonge vrouwen als maatje voor jongeren tussen 12 en 25 jaar. Als vrijwilliger help je met sociale activiteiten, en bied je ondersteuning en een luisterend oor voor jongeren die daar behoefte aan hebben.
Belangrijke taken zijn het onderhouden van contact, leuke uitjes organiseren en deelnemen aan workshops over communicatie en het omgaan met onbegrepen gedrag. Je krijgt ondersteuning van coördinatoren en kunt je vaardigheden ontwikkelen.
