Zorggroep Solis zoekt professionals voor wijkzorg in Deventer. Je vervult de taken van Helpende Plus of Verzorgende IG, met focus op ADL-zorg en toedienen van medicatie. Je werkt zelfstandig in de wijk en coördineert zorg voor meerdere cliënten.
De functie gaat uit van 12–25 uur per week, met mogelijkheden tot ontwikkeling via scholing. Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens CAO VVT, met vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering; reiskostenvergoeding en MKB-voordelen zijn beschikbaar.
