Stichting Philadelphia Zorg in Deventer zoekt een Begeleider LVB/MVB (28 uur per week) op locatie Honthorststraat. Je ondersteunt bewoners met een lichte of matige beperking, biedt structuur en bevordert zelfstandigheid.
Je werkt in een team van circa 10 collega's, met scholing en nieuwe methodieken zoals S3 en Active Support. Je taken omvatten ADL, koken, financiën en sociale contacten; flexibel werken in dag-, avond-, weekend- en slaapdiensten.
